AIR FRYER GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
— 1 pound (ca. 454 g) shrimp, de-veined and peeled.
— ¼ cup unsalted butter.
— 2 cloves garlic minced, about 1 teaspoon.
AIR FRYER GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP INSTRUCTIONS RECIPE:
Remove the shells and rinse well the shrimp and let them drying. Transfer them to a large bowl, and set aside.
In a small microwave safe bowl, combine the butter and minced garlic. Then place in the microwave for about 30 seconds, until the butter has melted well.
Toss the butter and garlic mixture over the shrimp, and blend together, or until coating the shrimp with the mixture.
Air fry at 370 degrees Fahrenheit (187.78 °C) for 6-8 minutes, keep stirring while cooking.
To check for doneness, the final of the shrimp tail will be an opaque color, and no longer translucent.
