AIR FRYER OREO CHEESECAKE

This AIR FRYER OREO CHEESECAKE is an amazing dessert that all Oreo lovers will make it! It is a wonderful combination of an Oreo crust and a creamy filling packed with more cookies, and garnished with a mouthwatering cookie.

AIR FRYER OREO CHEESECAKE INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

— One Package Oreos 30 Cookies for the crust, and 10 cookies cracked into large pieces, for the filling and garnish.

— 14 ounces (ca. 529 g) sweetened condensed milk.

— ½ cup melted unsalted butter, just one stick.

— 2 large eggs.

— 24 ounces (ca. 907 g) softened cream cheese.

— 1 teaspoon vanilla.

AIR FRYER OREO CHEESECAKE INSTRUCTIONS RECIPE:

Line the bottom of the pan with a circle of parchment paper, and then buttered the edges of the pan to easily remove out the cheesecake after cooking.

In the food processor, smash the Oreo Cookies until they are totally crumbs.

Transfer the crushed cookies into a large bowl, and stir in the melted butter to well mixed with the crumbs.

Place the mixture into the prepared springform pan, then press the crust firmly to the bottom of the pan. Then set aside.

In a large bowl, or using a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth.

Add in the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla. Keep beating on medium speed until it is creamy and smooth.

Pour the filling over the crust and spread it equally using a spatula or spoon. Dip in the cracked pieces of cookie into the filling until they are totally dipped in.

Repeat the process for more layers(if you desire). Then sprinkle the leftover crumbs on top of the cheesecake.

Put the springform pan in the basket of the air fryer and cook at 300 degrees Fahrenheit (148.89 °C) for about 15 minutes. If you observe a slight jiggle, let the air fryer to cook for another three minutes.

Remove from the basket and give the cheesecake 8 hours to cool.
