AIR FRYER RIBEYE STEAK

This AIR FRYER RIBEYE STEAK is the easy way to eat steak, it’s an amazing meal for your dinner. Truly, you will not overtake this recipe.

For the first time, I cooked this RIBEYE, my family were very doubting. But when they tasted it, they appreciated that. It’s a different way, but I hope that you will enjoy it.

Luckily, my kids gave me another reason to repeat this recipe many times, they loved this plate. As a result, I decide to share the ingredients and instructions with you.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

— 2 ribeye steaks, 16 ounces (ca. 605 g) each.

— ½ teaspoon pepper.

— 1 tablespoon olive oil.

— ½ teaspoon salt.

Blue Cheese Butter:

— 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese.

— 2 tablespoon unsalted and melted butter.

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

For the Topping, Butter and Blue Cheese:

To make the butter topping, add the blue cheese and butter in the microwave, and melt all for about 30 seconds. Stir together, and turn it back to the fridge while steak is cooking.

Ribeye Steak:

Lightly grease the steak with olive oil, on both sides, and then sprinkle the salt and pepper, or your preferred seasonings.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (ca. 204 °C).

Cook at 400 degrees F, for about 8 minutes on each side, depending on preference for doneness.

Let the steak sit for about 10 minutes before serving, and top with a spoonful of prepared butter.
