APPLE ENCHILADAS DESSERT

This APPLE ENCHILADAS DESSERT is one of the delightful apple recipes. In a tortilla filled with warm apples, caramel, and cinnamon. Sure, it will attract you with its appearance.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

— 2 (21 ounces (ca. 794 g) cans of apple pie filling, or 3 cups of fried apples.

— 6 tortillas(Burrito size).

— 3 tablespoons granulated sugar.

— 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

— ½ cup caramel sauce (plus more drizzling).

— 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted.

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.

Put aside the flour tortillas (you can heat them for a few seconds in the microwave to be easily fold).

Pour about ½ cup of apple pie filling in the center of a flour tortilla, leaving the edges free to fold in. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar over the pie filling.

Roll the tortilla to forms an enclosed burrito shape. Then place all the tortillas in the baking dish, arrange them well with the seam side down.

Mix together ½ cup caramel sauce and the melted butter to combine. Then pour over the ENCHILADAS, try to cover all them with butter caramel, and sprinkle some cinnamon sugar.

Let the ENCHILADAS for 15 minutes just to absorb the sauce.

Bake for about 35 minutes, or until the tortillas become lightly browned and golden. During the baking, you can grease the enchiladas with its baking sauce.

Serve and enjoy! (it served warm with adding of caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream).
