APPLE PIE BARS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR APPLE PIE BARS RECIPE:

— 8 cups apple’s pieces, peeled and thinly sliced.

— 3 tbsp. All-purpose flour.

— Half cup granulated sugar.

— 1 tsp. Cinnamon.

For Crust:

— ¾ cup softened butter.

— 2 cups all-purpose flour.

— ½ cup granulated sugar.

— ½ tsp, cinnamon.

— Pinch of salt.

For Crumble Topping:

— ½ cup all-purpose flour.

— ¾ cup brown sugar package.

— ¾ cup rolled, Quick Oats.

— ½ tsp. Cinnamon.

— ½ cup of cubed cold butter.

INSTRUCTIONS RECIPE OF APPLE PIE BARS RECIPE:

1) Grease softly with butter a baking pan(9×13-inch), or line it with Parchment paper.

2) In a large mixing bowl, whisk the butter and granulated sugar until become light and fluffy(do it handly, or using a mixer).

3) In another bowl, add all-purpose flour, cinnamon, and salt, mix well and stir gradually into the butter mixture.

4) Pour the prepared mixture into the baking pan. Expand evenly, then press slowly, also the edges. Place into the oven(350 °F) for baking, about 15 minutes.

5) Meanwhile, prepare the apple filling. Stir together Apple’s slices, All-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.

6) For the Streusel topping: Bring a mixing bowl and add the quick oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then combine well.

7) Using hands, cut in the butter, the mixture will seem like coarse crumbs, then roll out the apple mixture over the crust.

8) Sprinkle the prepared streusel topping over the apple mixture and press down softly, place in the oven for baking under 350 °F for about 45 minutes.

9) Remove out the baking pan, and let to cool totally. Cut into squares, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
