BAKED TURKEY WINGS – They are really tasty and would be a great addition to any holiday or special dinner/party menu.
BAKED TURKEY WINGS
— 2 1/2 to 3 pounds (ca. 1,361 g) turkey wings (split and tips removed)
— 1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot Sauce)
— 1/4 cup soy sauce
— 2 tablespoons lemon juice
— 1 tablespoon brown sugar
— 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
— 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
— 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Mix the hot sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper together in a large re-sealable plastic bag.
Add the turkey wings and swish together to coat well.
Seal the bag, removing as much of the air as possible, and place in the refrigerator.
Leave in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours, turning over every hour.
Pour the contents of the bag in a baking dish and cook in a preheated 350-degree Fahrenheit oven for 1 hour, turning over every 20 minutes.
Turn the broiler on and broil for 5 minutes, or until the skin is crispy.
