BAKED ZITI WITH SHRIMP – This easy to make Baked Ziti with Shrimp dinner is so good and flavorful! My whole family loved it!
It’s fortunate for me that I live on the seaside and have access to plenty of fresh seafood because I adore it! Today, I’m going to show you how to make Baked Ziti with Shrimp.

BAKED ZITI WITH SHRIMP
INGREDIENTS:
— 8 oz (ca. 302 g). Ziti noodles cooked to your liking
— ½ C. Hot water
— 12 oz (ca. 454 g). Jar of roasted red peppers drained and chopped
— 8 oz (ca. 302 g). Cream cheese softened
— 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
— 8 oz (ca. 302 g). Shrimp peeled, deveined and cut into pieces
— 8 oz (ca. 302 g). Bay scallops
— 4 tsp. Minced garlic
— ⅛ tsp Salt
— 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
— ¾ C. Shredded mozzarella cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Pulse the hot water, cream cheese, and roasted red peppers in a blender or food processor until a thick sauce forms.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
In a skillet, sauté the shrimp, scallops, garlic, and salt until they are cooked through. Any surplus liquid should be drained.
Reduce the heat to low and pour the sauce over the shrimp mixture in the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
Stir in the ziti noodles and parsley. Toss to combine well.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top of the mixture in a 9×9 baking dish that has been properly oiled.
Bake for 20 minutes.
