BANANA PUDDING BROWNIES RECIPE – They’re very easy to prepare and taste exactly like Banana Pudding! They’re chewy and fudgy, just like a genuine brownie, with a crunch from the vanilla wafers on top.
Tasty Treat: Banana Pudding Brownies
— 1 (8oz (ca. 302 g)) Package Cream Cheese, room temperature
— 1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
— ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
— 3 Large Eggs
— 1 (16.5oz (ca. 624 g)) Box Banana Cake Mix
— ⅓ Cup Vegetable Oil
— ½ Cup Walnuts, Chopped
— 1 Cup Vanilla Wafers
Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
In a medium mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese until it is soft (about 2 minutes)
Beat in 1 egg, vanilla, and powdered sugar for another 2 minutes. Remove from the equation.
Combine the cake mix, the remaining 2 eggs, and the oil in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Beat for 1 minute, or until thoroughly combined.
Dollop the brownie batter into a greased 13×9 Oven Dish.
Cover the brownie batter with the cream cheese mixture. Swirls can be made by passing a skewer through the mixture.
Top with the vanilla wafers.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. The center will still be a little soft when you take out.
Place the dish on a cooling rack to cool completely. Then refrigerate before cutting into the brownies.
