BANANA PUDDING POKE CUPCAKE
BANANA PUDDING POKE CUPCAKE – A luscious cake filled with creamy banana pudding that melts in your mouth. Cool whip, banana slices, and nilla wafers are served on top.
— 1 Box Cake Mix (Yellow) Follow instructions on the box
— 1 3.4 oz (ca. 129 g) box Banana Pudding Banana or Vanilla
— 2 cups Whole Milk
— 1 8 oz (ca. 302 g) Cool Whip
— 1 Box Nilla Wafers Minis or regular-sized
— Bananas Sliced
Prepare cake as instructed on the box
Allow cupcakes to cool. Using the back of a wooden spoon, poke holes in the center of the cupcake.
Prepare pudding as instructed using whole milk.
Using a piping bag, add pudding mixture.
Insert pudding filling directly in the center of the cupcake, adding enough to top the cupcake.
Add cool whip, bananas and nilla wafers.
