BEST SMOKED QUESO DIP – This cheesy is ideal for your next get-together or celebration. It mixes sausage, jalapeños, onion, and cream of mushroom soup, as well as several cheeses, to create a tasty dip that everyone will like!
It’s so easy to make that all you have to do is combine all of the ingredients in a pan, place it in the smoker, and you’ve got yourself an amazing appetizer!
BEST SMOKED QUESO DIP
— 1 block Velveeta
— 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
— 8 oz Monterry Jack Cheese
— 2 cans Rotel
— 1 diced jalapeño Can substitute pickled jalapeños for a milder dip
— 1/2 White Onion, diced
— 1 lb Hot Pork Sausage, cooked
— 1 tbsp BBQ Rub of your Choice
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Note: If your smoker is already lit, you can cook this at any temperature; but, depending on the temperature, it may take longer (or shorter).
Cook the 1lb (ca. 454 g) of pork sausage.
Add all ingredients above into a large, grill safe pan. I prefer to use the throwaway foil pans.
Place the dip on the smoker and stir every 10 minutes until it is completely melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
