— Cajun Seasoning

— 1 tsp Cumin

— 1 tsp Thyme

— 1 tsp Paprika

— 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

— 1 tsp Salt

— 1 tsp Black Pepper

— 1 tsp Onion Powder

— 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Alfredo Sauce:

— 1 Pint of Heavy Cream

— 4 tbsp Butter

— 1 tbsp Minced Garlic

— 1/2 cup Diced onion

— 1 tsp Parsley

— Grated Parmesan Cheese (I measured by taste)

— Gruyere Cheese ( I measured by taste)

— Cajun Seasoning (season to taste)


Sauté the onions and garlic until softened.

Add in the remaining ingredients and stir so that the seasoning is incorporated into the liquid. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer.

Add in pasta. Garnish with cheese and parsley.
