I remember that My mom likes to prepare this meatloaf, especially, when she wants to make me happy. Until now, I can’t forget the flavor of her recipe. My mom’s recipe for meatloaf was special, I’m serious, it can’t ever be beaten.
When I grew up, and taste a lot of meatloaf with my friends, I conclude that all recipes of meatloaf don’t have the same flavor. I don’t know what’s the reason, but I’m sure, each one tastes differently.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED For BROWN SUGAR MEATLOAF RECIPE:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
3-4 bread slices, cut into 1-inch cubes I use white sandwich
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS Of BROWN SUGAR MEATLOAF RECIPE:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 9×13 pan.
2) Mix together the brown sugar, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
3) In a mixing bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and shape them into a loaf.
4) Pour sauce over the loaf. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until it’s cooked through and the juices run clear.
