This recipe has been tested and true. You can’t go wrong coming here if you want to indulge your sweet taste. This is how my mother usually prepared things; give it a try; you won’t be disappointed!


You’ll feel like you’re cheating if you try to create this Brownie Bottom Cheesecake. Enjoy the thick bottom layer of chocolate brownie that is topped with a sweet and creamy cheesecake filling. Make brownies from a mix to save time!

This decadent recipe combines brownies and cheesecake, two of my favorite sweets. They go well together and make a perfect pair. You can quickly prepare this dessert for your family to enjoy with only five ingredients. Any kind of cheesecake is my absolute favorite. Whatever manner you give it to me, I’ll eat it—within reason, of course. Cheesecake and brownies go together like PB and jam. Delicious on their own, but wonderful when together. You’ll need the following items to make this recipe:


— 1 box brownie mix, prepared according to pack directions

— 2 8-ounce packages, soft cream cheese

— 2 eggs

— 1/2 cup granulated sugar

— 1 teaspoon vanilla

— 1/4 cup hot fudge sauce


Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Greased 9- or 10-inch skillet with non-stick cook spray. Pour the brownie mixture evenly into the skillet. Sit aside.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer to smooth & creamy. Adding also sugar, eggs and vanilla extract also mix well.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie mixture and spread gently to cover the brownie mixture.

Bake the cheesecake at 350 F for 30 minutes, then reduce the heat to 325 F and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature in the pan before removing the springform mold.

Put the hot fudge sauce in a piping bag (or a zip-top bag with the corner cutouts) and place on top of the cheesecake. Cut and present.
