BUTTER AND HERB LOBSTER TAILS

BUTTER AND HERB LOBSTER TAILS – This recipe really couldn’t be any simpler. I’m almost afraid to even call it a recipe. Like, for real.
So, you know what – I won’t even give you a recipe. I’ll just walk you through.
So, set the oven’s temperature to, say, 400 degrees. Cut the top of the lobster tails by taking them. Don’t proceed until the very end. The meat in the tail is your leverage, so you want it to stay there.
Place the flesh over the lobster shell, keeping the meat from the tail linked to the tail. It can be chopped in a variety of artistic ways, making it beautiful when it cooks.
Then taste some butter that is at room temperature. I used dried herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Place the lobster tails in the oven after spooning it on top. They will just need 8 to 10 minutes to cook completely.
You can finish them up with a squeeze of lemon and some heated butter for dipping.
Easy. Right? Enjoy!!
