BUTTER POACHED KING CRAB – Simple is typically better, and it doesn’t get any easier than this Seatech Chilean king crab flesh recipe. It’s simple to create and has incredible flavor with only three ingredients.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

— 1 lb (ca. 454 g). Seatech Chilean King Crab Meat

— 8 hoagie rolls

— 1-2 sticks of unsalted butter

BUTTER POACHED KING CRAB

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

In a medium-low-heat sauté pan, melt 1-2 sticks unsalted butter. Reduce the heat to low and add the crab meat once the butter has melted. While the crab meat is heated, butter the insides of the hoagie rolls and grill them butter side down until golden brown. When the hoagie rolls are done, split the crab meat between the buns and serve right away.
