BUTTERY PECAN SNOWBALL COOKIES

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

— 2 pieces of soft butter

— 2 tsp. Vanilla extract

— ½ + 1 c. powdered sugar divided

— 1 C. Finely chopped pecans

— A pinch of salt

— 2 ¼ C. All-Purpose Flour

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Add butter, ½ cup icing sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and flour to a mixing bowl. Mix until a smooth paste is formed.

Fold chopped pecans into dough mixture.

Wet your hands and shape the dough into 36 equal-sized balls of dough.

Place dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment, and bake for 12 minutes.

Leave the cookies to cool completely.

Put the cup of powdered sugar in a flat bowl.

Roll the biscuits in powdered sugar and serve.
