Carne asada meat :
Marinate 2 pounds of Carne asada Flap steak meat with 3 cups of meat marinate, 2 packets of sazon goya con culantro y achiote, juice from 3 oranges, and a couple of orange slices for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Grill on a hot skillet in light olive oil until fully cooked and cut into pieces. Heat tortillas in light oil, add meat with toppings.
Brown 2 cups of rice in light oil with 1/2 chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 packets of sazon goya and 3 tablespoons of Korr chicken bouillon seasoning. Add hot water 🔥1 inch above rice. Place lid on top cook high/med flame for 15 min then turn low and cook for another 5-10 min. Turn flame off and set aside to fluff.
Salsa or Chile :
Boil 6 roma tomatos with 1 or 2 jalapanos. Drain water out and smash with a bean masher, add 1/2 chopped onion, salt, and handful of chopped cilantro.
Smash with a fork 3 avocados add in 1/2 tablespoon of white vinegar, juice from 3 limes, chopped cilantro, 1 jalapeño and salt.
The beans are canned, but I use Sun Vista pinto, lol I was lazy today!
