2 cups (0.47 l) all-purpose flour

4 teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon sugar

1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoon butter melted

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar, I prefer sharp

1 cup (0.24 l) milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 large egg beaten

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS Of CHEDDAR CHEESE QUICK BREAD:

1) Preheat oven to 350° Grease/spray a loaf pan.

2) In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic powder, and salt. Stir in shredded cheese. Set aside.

3) In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and butter.

4) Add liquid ingredients to the bowl of dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. Do not overbeat mixing.

5) Spoon/pour into loaf pan.

6) Bake for 45-50 minutes. The top should be a golden brown.

7) Cool on wire rack. Remove loaf from pan, slice & serve.
