For The Soup:

— 3-4 cups rotisserie chicken shredded, or two large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded.

— 4 tbsp of better than Bouillon Chicken.

— 8 cups (1.89 l) water.

— 4 carrots cut in half lengthwise and then diced.

— 2 yellow onions, finely cut.

— 4 tbsp butter, salted.

— 4 celery stalks, diced.

— ½ cup flour.

— 1 cup milk.

— 1 tsp Italian seasonings.

— Pinch of salt, to taste.

— 1 tsp onion powder.

— 1 tsp garlic powder.

For The Dumplings:

— 2 cups Bisquick sifted into medium mixing bowl.

— 1 tsp salt.

— 1 tsp garlic powder.

— 4 tbsp salted butter melted.

— 1 tsp Italian seasonings.

— 1 cup milk.


For The Soup:

In a large bowl, mix water and better than bouillon to make chicken broth. Place in the microwave, after 3 minutes, take out and stir well and set aside.

In a large stock-pot over medium heat, add onion, carrots, celery, butter, and stir until well combined. Let cook for about 10 minutes, keep stirring to avoid onion’s burning.

Add ½ cup flour and chicken broth, stir to combine and bring to a boil. Then add the shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and milk. Stir well. Fix the temperature in a low level and let simmer. Go to the preparation of dumplings’ mixture.

For The Dumplings, Chicken:

In a separate bowl, use a mesh strainer to winnow the Bisquick. Using a whisk, and mix together the garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasonings.
