Notes:
Reheating Pizza to Get a Crispy Crust
Stovetop Method: To reheat pizza, I have used my cast iron and a non-stick skillet; they both work. Just preheat over medium-high heat, add a few slices of pizza and cover. The toppings will get delicious and gooey, while the crust will crisp nicely again.
Oven Method: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (ca. 204 °C). Add the pizza to the pan or a baking sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the toppings are hot, and the cheese is melty.
Microwave Method: If you are in a hurry and are not concerned with a soggy crust, then this method might be for you. Just place it on a microwave-safe plate, cover, and cook on high for 50-70 seconds. It will be hot, but in my opinion, not nearly as good as the stovetop or oven reheating methods.
