— All-Purpose Flour To Dredge Chicken
— Oil To Deep Fry
— Salt To Taste
— Ground Black Pepper To Taste
— 1 Tbsp Garlic Minced
— 1 Tbsp Ginger Grated
— 1/2 Tsp Chili Flakes
— 1/4 Cup Rice Wine
— 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce Low Sodium
— 1/2 Tbsp Cornstarch
— 1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar Substitute With White Wine Vinegar
— 1/4 Cup Sugar Granulated
— 1/2 Tbsp Water
Using medium-high heat, add oil to the skillet.
Taking cleaned chicken, season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Dredge lightly with flour, shaking off any excess.
Fry chicken until cooked all the way through and set aside.
SAUCE PREPARATION METHOD:
Using a saucepan, add oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili flakes, rice wine, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sugar.
Combining all ingredients and allow to simmer.
Combine cornstarch and water to make a (slurry).
Add cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce.
After sauce begins to thicken, add wings and coat with sauce.
