CLASSIC POT ROAST

To get the best version of CLASSIC POT ROAST meal, you require choosing the best beef chunk roast, fresh Potatoes, White onions, and best carrots. The looks of cut vegetables and beef is mouth watering.

For the gravy, It’s self making. While the roast boil, the gravy consistence, and it comes perfect. You must verify just saltiness when you want to serve it.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR THE CLASSIC POT ROAST:

4 lbs. Beef Chuck roast.

10.5 ounce (ca. 397 g) onion soup.

10.5 ounce (ca. 397 g) cream of bacon soup.

4 carrots, peeled and cut into 2 inches (ca. 5 cm) pieces.

2 pounds (ca. 907 g) red potatoes, cut into 2 inches (ca. 5 cm) pieces.

1 large white onion, diced

1/4 cup cornstarch.

Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS RECIPE OF CLASSIC POT ROAST:

On the bottom of the slow cooker, add the vegetables (the carrots, potatoes, and onions). Then add the roast on the top of cut vegetables(you can brown the roast if you like). With remaining veggies, garnish the sides of pot roast.

Mix together cornstarch and soups in a small bowl, then pour over roast.

Put the lid and start cooking on low and slow(avoid opening the lid).

When it’s done, remove the lid, slice the pot roast, verify the saltiness(add salt and pepper to taste).

Serve slices of pot roast, veggies, and some gravy. Enjoy!!
