COQUITO PUERTO RICAN EGGNOG INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
— 1 (13.6 ounce) can coconut milk.
— 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk.
— 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
— 1 (15 ounces) can cream of coconut.
— 7 ounce sweetened condensed milk.
— 1/2 cup coconut rum.
— 2 cinnamon sticks.
— 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
— 2 whole cloves.
COQUITO PUERTO RICAN EGGNOG INSTRUCTIONS RECIPE:
Using an electric blender, add sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, cream of coconut, rum, and vanilla. Then put the blender on high level to well combine all ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a big glass flagon and add in the cloves and cinnamon sticks.
Place the glass flagon in the fridge, and let to cool well for about one hour and the flavors well mixed.
Pour in glass’s cups and garnish them with some dusting of the nutmeg.
