CRAB STUFFED SALMON RECIPE
Combine the egg, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk everything together until it’s smooth.
1 large egg, 4 oz (ca. 151 g) cream cheese,1 tablespoon mayonnaise,1 teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon each, 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, salt & pepper
Combine the crab, panko, green onion, and parsley in a mixing bowl. Gently fold in until well combined.
Combine the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Refrigerate the crab mixture for 30 minutes after it has been stirred.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176.67 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
After rinsing, blot the fillets dry with a paper towel. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet that has been prepared (24 ounces (ca. 907 g) salmon fillets).
Carefully cut down the center of each fillet with a sharp knife, creating an aperture in the center (careful not to cut all the way through, just about halfway).
Spoon half of the mixture into the salmon fillets using a tiny spoon, then top with the remaining mixture in the center of the fillets. If desired, top with more paprika.
Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. When the fillets are almost done, broil them for a minute or two to give them a lovely finish.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parsley and a little amount of freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve immediately.
