CREAMY CHICKEN ENCHILADA SKILLET

This CREAMY CHICKEN ENCHILADA SKILLET is a very fast meal that is suitable for any time. It requires little time, comparing to the regular enchiladas. But it contains all the flavors, and easy to assembly it in one pan.

If you are busy, and don’t have more patience to prepare something that you eat. Just like me, this skillet is my favorite enchiladas that usually eat during the busy week. A so simple, easy pan that give me all I want. Give it a chance and try it, it will not disappoint you.

CREAMY CHICKEN ENCHILADA SKILLET INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

— 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken.

— 1/2 cup of canned of black beans.

— 1/3 cup light sour cream.

— 1 1/2 cups enchilada sauce.

— 1/3 cup diced peppers.

— 1/2 cup shredded cheese blend.

— 6 corn tortillas, torn into pieces.

— 1/4 cup cilantro (optional).

CREAMY CHICKEN ENCHILADA SKILLET INSTRUCTIONS RECIPE:

On a medium-high heat, place the skillet. Then add the chicken and enchilada sauce and combine.

Stir, then add in the diced peppers and black beans.

Mix in the sour cream and corn tortilla pieces, keep stirring.

When all the ingredients are equally hot, top the casserole with cheese and optional cilantro.

Serve and enjoy, or you can store in the refrigerator for your next meal.
