Ingredients :

° 1 cup self-raising flour

° 2 tablespoons cornflour (add cornmeal to get a more crunchy mixture)

° 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

° Salt, to season

° 250ml cold soda water or a cold beer – approx

° frying oil

Instructions :

Prepare the fish by soaking it in spices. Covering & set apart while preparing blend.TimeIn a mixing bowl we add the ingredients for the dry mixture. Add salt and whisk together.

Leave the mixture to rest for 5 minutes while heating the oil for frying.
