DEEP FRIED WHOLE CHICKEN

DEEP FRIED WHOLE CHICKEN – Chicken is a favorite of ours. Even while you can buy a roasted turkey almost anyplace, including supermarkets, nothing beats roasting your own.

DEEP FRIED WHOLE CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
— Chicken Rooster
— Salt
— Pepper
— Cayenne pepper
— Curry
— All-purpose flour
— Butter milk
— Peanut Oil
Tools:
— Deep Fryer
— Bowl
— Thermometer
INSTRUCTIONS:
Clean your chicken and dry the chicken well.
Season your flour.
Put butter milk in a bowl.
Dip the chicken in the butter milk.
Place bird in the seasoned flour.
Press the seasoned flour into the chicken.
Heat up your grease in the deep fryer.
Place the chicken in very carefully. Use gloves to avoid splash.
Let the chicken cook until fully done.
Insert the thermometer in the thickest part of the chicken and make sure the chicken is 165 degrees.
Once done, let the chicken rest on a cooling rack.
Serve with your favorite veggies and potatoes.
Don’t forget the hot sauce.
