DELICATE BARBEQUE LAMB CHOPS & CREAMY BROCCOLI SALAD – When you arrive home and are ready to cook barbeque lamb chops, dry the lamb with paper towels and season well with salt approximately 30 minutes before grilling to allow the salt to do its job and get into the chops before searing.
Follow the instructions below to make flawless chops every time.
As you get more creative with your lamb chops grilling, add fresh herbs like rosemary and mint.
DELICATE BARBEQUE LAMB CHOPS & CREAMY BROCCOLI SALAD
— Chillie and grill seasoning
— Sweet basil
— Olive oil
Wash the chops and dry them with a cloth in paper towel.
Season with all seasonings/spices.
Fry with a bit of olive oil in medium heat to avoid burning. Turn often.
When cooked, put in barbeque sauce, switch off stove and turn the chops and remove from stove.
— Koo chickpeas
— Red pepper
— Yellow pepper
Steam your broccoli, a bit of butter mix and transfer to a bowl. Let cool and add to diced cheese, drained chickpeas (quantity depends on the broccoli.
1 broccoli pack you can add in half a can of chickpeas, half a cup of cheese) and your yellow and red pepper- a handful.
Dress with tangy mayonnaise (I used B-Well mayonnaise)
