EASY CABBAGE PATTIES
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
— 2 1/2 cups grated cabbage
— 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
— 1/2 cup flour
— 1 tsp salt
— 1/4 tsp pepper
— 2 eggs lightly beaten
— Spoon of bacon grease
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients and spoon into cast iron skillet heated with oil… fry on each side for 2-3 minutes, yum!
