These EASY CHEESEBURGER SLIDERS are amazing and very delicious. This updated recipe will use Hawaiian Rolls that will allow us to serve 12 mini burger sliders easily and swiftly.

It’s suitable for all occasions, for party, family gathering, with evening friends as an appetizer. Trust me, everyone will love it.

— 12 Hawaiian Rolls, 1 package of Kings Hawaiian Rolls.

— 1 pound (0.45 kilogram) ground beef.

— 6 slices American cheese.

— 1 teaspoon seasoned salt.

— 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

For Garlic Butter Topping:

— 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt.

— 2 tablespoons butter.

Preheat the oven to 375°.

If you use the package of King’s Hawaiian Rolls, take out the white tray. Bring the parchment paper, unroll the paper, and measure the tray of rolls and cut it to the size of it.

Set aside the tray of rolls, and start to flatten the ground beef on parchment paper to make it rectangular as the size of parchment paper.

Sprinkle the seasoning over the ground beef(pepper and seasoned salt), season it to taste.

Now, place the both rectangle of ground beef and the parchment paper in the cake pan or baking sheet.

Bake at 375° for about 15 minutes, or until no longer of juices on the top.

Garlic Butter Topping:

When the ground beef is baking, it’s the good time to make the garlic butter and prep the rolls.

In a small microwavable dish, place the butter to melt and then add in garlic salt. Stir well to combine, and set aside.

For Prep Rolls:

Keep the sides of the 12 rolls, bring a bread knife and cut the rolls in half. Cut it longitudinally to get two giant layers and easily arrange the rectangular ground beef, once totally cooked, on top of the full undermost base. Like that, you will make 12 sliders at once.

For Burger Assembly:

Remove out the ground beef from the oven when it has finished baking. Using a large spatula, take out the beef from the pan with draining the excess grease in the pan.

Then, place the bottom layer of rolls, upside down on top of beef, and flip and transfer burgers to another clean baking sheet. As a result, the ground beef and bottom layer or rolls on the new baking sheet with the parchment paper facing up.

Take off the parchment paper and throw it away.

Position 6 slices of cheese on top of ground beef. You can use any kind of cheese you want. Then, place the top bun layer on top of the cheese.

Using a brush, grease the top of the buns with the garlic butter you already have prepared in advance.

Put the baking tray of assembled layers sliders in a 375° oven, for about 4 minutes, or until cheese has melted, and the top of sliders look golden brown.

Remove from oven (be careful, it’s very hot). Using a pizza cutter or just a knife, start cutting the burgers into sliders, you will get 12 mouth watering sliders.

Serve and enjoy!
