— 2 cups flour.

In a large bowl, put the flour and empty the center. Pour milk and add the eggs, salt, and whisk well all the ingredients to form the dough.
Sprinkle a surface with the flour, and roll the dough well, keep rolling until to be very thin, cut to shapes or noodles.
Throw into boiling water or soup. Cook for an additional 5 – 7 minutes.
Decrease the heat, drain and serve!
