FIRECRACKER DAIQUIRI

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
STRAWBERRY LAYER:
— 4 cups frozen strawberries
— 4 ounces (ca. 151 g) light rum
— 5 ounces (ca. 189 g) simple syrup
— juice of 1 lime
LIME LAYER:
— 4 ounces (ca. 151 g) light rum
— 4 ounces (ca. 151 g) simple syrup
— 1 ounce (ca. 38 g) fresh lime juice
— 4 cups ice
BLUE COCONUT LAYER:
— 4 ounces (ca. 151 g) light rum
— 4 ounces (ca. 151 g) simple syrup
— 1 ounce (ca. 38 g) lime juice
— ½ teaspoon coconut extract
— 2 drops blue food coloring
— 4 cups ice
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:
Strawberry Layer:
Add strawberries, simple syrup, rum and lime juice to a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into a freezer safe container and place in freezer.
Lime Layer:
Add rum, simple syrup, lime juice and ice to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a freezer safe container and place in freezer.
Blue Coconut Layer:
Add rum, simple syrup, lime juice, coconut extract, blue food coloring and ice to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a freezer safe container and place in freezer.
When you are ready to serve, spoon the strawberry layer into glasses, top with the lime layer and finish with the blue coconut layer.
Serve immediately.
