— 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.

— 2 tablespoons granulated sugar.
— 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
— 1 1/2 cups milk.
— 1/2 cup heavy cream.
— 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
— 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Bring your frying pan and cover the bottom with vegetable oil. And place on a medium heat and let it until the oil-heat achieve the 375 °F.
Meanwhile, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and sugar.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until foamy. Then add in milk, vanilla extract, cream, butter, and oil.
Add dry ingredients and mix together with the wet ingredients until batter is combined.
Using a ladle, take from the batter and throw in the frying pan. The bite puff up immediately and start to brown, flip on the other side and fry until become golden.
Remove out the funnel cake bite from the pan, dry the oil, and place on a paper towels.
When the oil is absorbed, sprinkle the powdered sugar. Serve immediately and enjoy!
