GRANDMA’S SEAFOOD SALAD

GRANDMA’S SEAFOOD SALAD – My grandmother used to make this every year for Thanksgiving. When I asked her why this was on her holiday menu, she stated her mother used to make it every year when she was a kid. I suppose it’s suitable because they live in south Mississippi. It’s fantastic.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
— 1 lb (ca. 454 g) small shell pasta (I used 1/2 lb)
— 2 eggs hard-boiled & chopped
— 1/4 c onion, finely chopped
— 1/2 c celery chopped
— 1/4 c dill pickle, finely chopped
— 1 can crab meat, juices drained
— 1 can small shrimp, juices drained (or chop fresh boiled shrimp in half or thirds)
— 1/2 c mayonnaise
— 1 can albacore tuna, juices drained
— Salt and pepper
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook the noodles and let to cool.
Hard-boil the eggs and cool.
Add everything and mix gently.
Add mayo to moisten (maybe 1/2 cup).
Salt and pepper to taste.
