JERK TURKEY WINGS RECIPE – Underrated are turkey wings. I eat them all year round because I adore them so much. But for the holidays, making Turkey wings is a better option than cooking a whole turkey because you can still enjoy your Turkey fix while eating a lesser piece.

— 3 pounds Turkey wings
— 2 teaspoon adobo all-purpose seasoning
— 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
— 1 teaspoon garlic powder
— 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
— 1/2 teaspoon ground all spice
— 3 tablespoon jerk seasoning (I used the walkerwood jerk brand)
— 1/2 tablespoon browning (I used the Grace brand)
— 2 springs green onion, chopped
— 4 sprigs thyme
— 1 green bell pepper, chopped
— 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
— 1 cup carrots, chopped
— 1 Turkey size oven bag
— 1 cup low sodium chicken broth

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Season Turkey wings with all-purpose, black pepper, garlic powder, ginger, all spice, wet jerk seasoning, and browning – mix well so that Turkey wings are evenly coated with seasoning.

In a large baking dish, insert an oven bag.

Place seasoned Turkey wings inside oven bag.

Add bell peppers, green onion, carrots, and thyme.

Pour in chicken broth.

Close the bag with zip tie or tie a knot in the bag.

Place Turkey wings in oven and bake for 3.5 hours.

Remove from oven, open bag, serve, and enjoy !
