INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

— 5 cold eggs from fridge (separated)

— Used water bath method

— Warm up oven120c

— Makes about 15 cup pies

Meringue :

— 5 egg white

— 80g sugar

— 10g corn flour

Yolk Batter :

— 5 yolks

— 20g sugar

— 60g oil

— 50g milk (warm)

— 1tsp vanilla essence

— 90g cake flour

Spot Batter :

— 1tsp Chocolate powder

— Some Charcoal powder
