INGREDIENTS:

— 1 lb (ca. 454 g) of ground beef.

— 1 package spaghetti, 16 oz (ca. 605 g).

— ½ lb cottage cheese (equals 1 cup).

— 1 jar of spaghetti sauce.

— 8 oz (ca. 302 g) of cream cheese.

— ¼ cup sour cream.

— ½ cup butter (1 stick).

— Shredded cheddar cheese.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat your oven to 350°.

Boil the spaghetti noodles until be firm. Drain it and set aside until ready to assemble.

Combine the cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream until well blended.

In a non-stick skillet, and on a medium heat, start to brown the hamburger and when done, drain well.

Combine the hamburger with the spaghetti sauce.

Put a few slices of butter into a 9×13 pan, then add the half of your spaghetti noodles.

Bring the cream cheese mixture and pour over the noodles. Spread well over noodles.

Add the remaining of the noodles on top of the cream cheese mixture. Add more slices of butter over the noodles.

Pour the spaghetti and sauce of meat over the noodles.

Enter it in the oven to bake. After about 30 minutes, sprinkle the grated cheese over and re-enter to bake for an additional 15 minutes(cheese must be well melted).
