NOODLE & EGGS RECIPE – In just 15 minutes, you can make a simple vegetarian noodle dinner for two that is both filling and high in fiber using only four grocery ingredients.
— 200g stir-fry vegetables
— 2 medium eggs
— 125g dried medium egg noodles
— 120g pouch stir-fry sauce
NOODLE & EGGS RECIPE
Boil the eggs for 6 minutes before putting them in cold water. Cook the noodles according to the package directions, then drain and combine with 1 tablespoon sunflower oil.
In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes.
Season the noodles with salt and pepper once they’ve been heated through with the vegetables and sauce.
Cut the eggs in half after peeling them.
Distribute the noodles among the bowls and top with the eggs.
