OREO BALLS COOKIES INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
— 18 Oreos.
— 8 ounces (ca. 302 g) white melting chocolate.
— 4 ounces (ca. 151 g) softened cream cheese.
— 1 teaspoon peppermint extract.
— 1/4 cups candy canes crushed.
OREO BALLS COOKIES INSTRUCTIONS RECIPE:
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a food processor, add the Oreo cookies and to mix them until they are totally ground.
Add cream cheese and keep mixing until the mixture become well combined and smooth.
Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, or directly, take in your hands some dough and roll to form 1-inch balls. Then place balls on the cookie sheet.
Repeat the process until you finish the dough.
Transfer the truffle balls to the fridge until let to cool, at least about 1 hour.
Melt the white chocolate chips in microwave for 30 seconds, or until well melted and smooth. Try to keep it well melted in each dip.
Remove out the Oreo cookies truffles from fridge and dip in melted chocolate. Take off the excess chocolate from each truffle.
Arrange the coated truffles into a baking sheet and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
Let cool totally to take its hardness.
