PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOMS

These PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOMS are the perfect chewy cookies with some Chocolate kisses. They are classic and the perfect one for Christmas, this recipe is a tradition for my family, and we make it since decades. Truly, they are the best appetizers for your guests.

My favorite PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOMS are easy, and they are the traditional cookies that take the first place of my cookie’s list. I prefer to make it at all time and store it. Also, my kids know that they can request them at any time. I hope that this recipe attracts your attention and help you to give your family something chewy, soft and melt in mouth.

PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOMS INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

— 2¼ cups all-purpose flour.

— 2 large eggs.

— 1 tbsp cornstarch.

— ½ tsp salt.

— ½ tbsp vanilla extract.

— 1½ tsp baking soda.

— 6 oz (ca. 227 g) unsalted butter.

— ¾ cup smooth peanut butter.

— 1½ tbsp milk.

— ¾ cup packed light brown sugar.

— ¾ cup granulated sugar (add more for rolling if you need).

— 60 prepared chocolate kisses.

PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOMS INSTRUCTIONS RECIPE:

In a medium bowl, whisk cornstarch, salt, baking soda with all-purpose flour and set aside.

Using a bowl fit with a mixer, add cream butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar; mix for about 5 minutes. Then mix in eggs, one at a time.

Mix in milk, and vanilla extract until combined; about 2 minutes.

Slowly beat flour mixture into wet ingredients. Mix just until all well incorporated.

Wrap the bowl with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 5 hours or until tomorrow.

Preheat oven to 375 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.

Using a cookie scoop, or just your clean hands, scoop dough. Form into shape ball, then roll into a bowl with granulated sugar. Arrange on baking sheet. When your dough is end, place the baking sheet to bake in the oven for 8 minutes.

TIP: If dough balls size are larger, you may need to bake for a few minutes.

Remove baking sheet. Place chocolate kiss in center of cookie. Back it to the oven for another 3 minutes.

Let cookies cool, then store in an airtight container to a cooling rack.
