RASPBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE — Sugar-free raspberry sauce and white chocolate mousse is an amazing combination that allows us creating a delicious and wonderful dessert. It’s in the shape of some arranged layers in cups that appear very attractive.
This recipe is really amazing, from fresh raspberries, we are going to prepare a homemade sauce. Perhaps, we can serve the white chocolate by itself, but if we add some layers of the raspberries’ sauce, trust me we will get some beautiful and delicious cups.
Actually, the arrangement of the raspberries color and the white chocolate in the cup look very elegant. The red and white are special colors, and everyone loves to see them in happy occasions.
RASPBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
— One batch of Raspberry Sauce, drain the seeds.
— 7 ounces (ca. 265 g) sugar-free white chocolate.
— 1 cup heavy cream.
— ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
— 8 ounces (302.39 g) cream cheese.
RASPBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE INSTRUCTIONS RECIPE:
In a safe bowl, add the white chocolate and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Keep stirring for another 10 second until the chocolate well melted.
In a mixing bowl, add in the melted chocolate, cream cheese, vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer, mix well until combined.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream.
Add in the cream cheese mixture, when everything is well combined. Transfer to the fridge to chill until it has totally set.
Take a glass cup and pipe in some mousse, then spoon some raspberry sauce, then more of the mousse to form more layers.
