This SAUSAGE GREEN BEAN POTATO CASSEROLE is the best one for a family gathering. It’s comforting, delicious, and enough.

Use various, both potatoes red and white, there is no kind special for the recipe, any type can be used of potatoes. In the grocery, you also will find more types of sausage, choose your favorite one and go home. It’s an easy and quick meal, and you maybe found all the ingredients in advance available at home.
— 1 1/2 lbs sausage(kielbasa, smoked sausage, Chorizo, chicken sausage) sliced 1/4” thick.
— 2 15 oz (ca. 567 g) cans green beans, drain before using.
— 2 lbs baby creamer potatoes, washed, sliced in half.
— 1/8 cup vegetable oil.
— 3 cloves garlic, minced.
— 1/4 cup butter.
— One chopped onion.
— 1 tsp homemade seasoning.
— Half tsp red pepper flakes.
— 1 tsp garlic powder.
— 1 tsp pepper to taste.
— Some water.
Preheat the oven to 400°, then spray a 9×13 baking pan with a non-stick spray.
In a sealable gallon, add the washed creamer potatoes, cut in half. Then add seasonings, oil, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Jiggle to coat.
In a large frying pan, add the slices of sausage and water and cook over medium high heat until the sausages looks browned and most water has disappeared.
Remove sausage from pan and let to cool totally, add to sealable gallon.
In a frying pan, put the butter, once it is melted, add garlic and onions and cook until onions are done. Let to cool and add to cooked ingredients and shake to combine.
Finally, add green beans to sealable gallon, shake to combine.
Empty all the components from the sealable gallon into a baking dish, wrap with foil and place for baking for about 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy!
