SHRIMP FRIED RICE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
— 1/2 lb large shrimp (peeled and Deveined)
— 3 beaten eggs
— 1/4 c chopped onion
— 1/4 c. frozen peas
— 3 c. cold cooked white rice
— 1/4 c. chopped broccoli
— 1/4 c. sliced carrots
— 1/8 tsp pepper
— 1/4 tsp salt
— 1 Tbsp sesame oil
— 1 tsp oyster sauce
— 2 Tbsp soy sauce
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:
Season shrimp with salt and pepper then set aside
May use (Seafood seasoning) of your choice
Bring large pan (wok) to med-high heat and add sesame oil, cook shrimp 1 minute on each side then remove from pan
Add beaten eggs to the pan and use a wooden spatula to cook for a minute or two until fluffy, then slide eggs to the side of the pan.
Add a small amount of oil to the pan if needed. Toss the onion, carrots, and broccoli into the pan and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the rice, oyster sauce, and soy sauce.
Mix in the shrimp and eggs, then add frozen peas, all while stirring constantly.
