— 1.5 Tablespoons of Land O’Lakes Light Whipped Butter
— ¼ Cup of Heinz No Sugar Ketchup*
— 1 Tablespoon Each of Chili Garlic Sauce + Hot Sauce
— ½ Teaspoon Each of Chili Powder, Garlic Powder & Cumin
— 2 Pounds of Raw Peeled Large Shrimp
— Vegetable Cooking Spray
— Sliced Limes, Optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a microwave safe bowl, combine all ingredients except the shrimp + limes (if using). Cover and microwave for 1 minute until all flavors are combined and butter is melted. Stir until blended.
Spray a 13 × 9 baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Add shrimp and pour the microwaved mixture over shrimp and toss to combine.
Bake uncovered for about 15 minutes, or until shrimp have turned pink. Stir halfway through baking time.
