SPAGHETTI & CATFISH DINNER!

SPAGHETTI & CATFISH DINNER! — Today’s meal, we will make some golden fried catfish, and we are pairing this with some spaghetti and meatballs. Now, this may seem like a strange combination, but if you are from the south, I know you know what it is. These recipes are easy, and they are so flavor packed.

First thing we’re going to do is start on the spaghetti because that is going to take the longest.

We will need a chopped up onion, four cloves of garlic, some Parmesan cheese, some olive oil, a dry red wine. And so that’s what I’m going to be using. Some seasonings, for the spaghetti and the meatballs. Now, something a little different about my seasonings is that I will be using a few cloves. They just add a nice warm flavor.
