— salt and pepper to season
— 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Filling:
— 4 oz (ca. 151 g) cream cheese at room temp
— 4 oz (ca. 151 g) frozen spinach thawed
— 2 teaspoons minced garlic
— 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
— Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic Butter (Optional):
— 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
— 1 tablespoon minced garlic
— One tablespoon lemon juice
Grilled Asparagus:
— 1 pound (ca. 454 g) asparagus (choose thick spears)
— 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
— 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
— 1 teaspoon kosher salt
— lemon wedges, if desired
