This Texas Roadhouse Steak seasoning contains garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic salt, kosher salt, paprika, cornstarch, and Turmeric.
The best way to prepare the seasoning on the steak depends on the time of grilling. it means that you have to put the seasoning one hour before you grill the steak and also let your steak sit out for at least 30 minutes to soak up well. When choosing steaks to grill, you should pick out the good ones(Ribeyes, NY Strip, T-bones, Porterhouse, Delmonico, etc.).
Bring your grill clean and hot before you place your steaks on. Cook the steak for five minutes on the first side, then flip. It should be brown and coaled. Then follow the cooking depending on your preferred method.
Don’t cut your meat right up, let it rest for about five minutes to profit from all juices.
